The Sunscape Home

In this innovative project, I took on the challenge of designing a fully furnished, 2-story modern home in Revit, emphasizing sustainability and energy efficiency. The design was centered around utilizing the sun as a natural resource, with solar panels currently in progress. To make the glass-heavy design feasible and environmentally friendly, the house is surrounded by trees, creating a balance between aesthetics and functionality while maintaining energy efficiency

Beyond the structure itself, I integrated urban greenery to enhance the home's connection with its environment, adding layers of livability and ecological impact. My work involved creating immersive walkthroughs in Revit, complete with detailed schedules and legends for materials, furniture, and construction elements.

Throughout the process, I aimed to craft a design that was not only visually striking but also aligned with modern principles of sustainability and urban living, showcasing a forward-thinking approach to residential architecture. Although still in progress, my aim is to create a solar panel family on top of the roof and potentially utilize ground space for additional panels, ensuring the design maximizes energy efficiency while blending seamlessly with the environment
