Pario Car

The Pario project embarked on an exciting journey to design a competitive yet aesthetically pleasing Soap Box Derby car. A significant portion of my effort was dedicated to the car's aesthetic appeal by utilizing Fusion360. This involved choosing the right materials, colors, and finishes that not only looked good but also contributed to the car's overall performance. The sleek lines and contours of the Pario car were designed to minimize air resistance while capturing the essence of speed and dynamism.

Designing the steering system was a pivotal and fulfilling aspect of this project. My aim was to create a responsive and durable steering mechanism that naturally fit into the car's overall design. This involved intricate planning around linkage geometry, wheel alignment, and ergonomics to marry performance with aesthetics.

One aspect I would revisit is the placement of the brake system. Initially designed to complement the steering mechanism, I realized that its current position might lead to potential conflicts during operation. In future iterations, reevaluating the brake system's location will be a priority to ensure both functionality and safety are not compromised.
