AIDE plays a crucial role in supporting and maintaining BHCC's technology infrastructure. As a Digital Student Liaison, I provide technical support to professors, staff, and fellow students. This involves assisting with the use of various applications, resolving connectivity problems, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. In AIDE, I got the chance to create user guides in the form of documents and videos, build AIDE's website page, and conduct training sessions. Furthermore, I streamlined gradebook navigation for professors, resulting in enhanced academic workflow.

I helped bring student initiatives to life through marketing and design. I created infographics to promote student elections, making it easier for students to stay informed and get involved. I was also part of the head committee that organized BHCC’s Hackathon, working behind the scenes to make the event a success.
